I got into massage and fitness because I love to help people reduce and eliminate pain, and to feel and move better. With over 15 years of medical massage therapy experience and 8 years as a certified personal trainer, I’m continually inspired to keep learning and improving my skills to help my clients more. Since graduating from massage school I’ve continued to learn about medical massage, myofasical release, and osteopathic manual therapy, and my practice is now a balance of art and science. I specialize in injury recovery, such as from a motor vehicle accident, as well as post surgery and sports injury recovery. In my journey of finding answers to my own back pain, I’ve found that a combination of bodywork, fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness can improve and optimize overall health.
